Rogue Girls Fire Camp is a hands-on fire service based camp. No experience necessary—candidates will perform many functions of a professional firefighter during camp.

Operated entirely by local fire service women. Multi-jurisdictional collaboration dedicated to inspiring young women to try something they might not have ever considered as a career.

Designed to instill confidence, build teamwork, and teach young women skills through hands-on training and powerful friendships that can last a lifetime.

This is a free 2.5-day overnight camp (depending on housing availability) or a 3-day camp, hosted at a local fire training site, which allows us to give applicants a real-world, firsthand experience in a safe and empowering manner.
